What is the difference between free models and Go?

Free models have a daily request limit. Go includes open-weight models with much higher allowances, counted over five-hour, weekly and monthly windows, and allowances vary by model. When you reach a Go limit, you can keep using the free models.

What about data and privacy?

Training and retention terms vary by model. By default, Go blocks paid endpoints that train on your requests, and an owner or admin can change that in Settings › Privacy. See the privacy details for each model.

Can I top up credit?

Yes. Add credit to your balance and turn on Extra Usage on the Go page. Once you reach your Go limits, requests use your credit instead of stopping. Go Teams starts with Extra Usage on.

Can I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Yes. An owner or admin can cancel any time from the Go page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.

Can I use Go with other coding agents?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Go works with OpenCode and other coding agents that send typical coding-agent traffic, identify themselves with their own user agent and send a session ID. Claude Code, Codex, Hermes and Pi have been validated. See the client setup requirements.

Can I get a refund?

You may qualify if you ask within 14 days of the charge and have used almost none of that period's allowance. Contact us to request a refund.
